Filtering will have an effect on the water, but I’m not confident that it will structure the water in any significant form.
Filtering typically changes the chemical composition of water, but does not change it energetically much.
To really find out one would have to run a series of tests.

Water is naturally structured, or small water, has a hexagonal shape, like the water in living things, when it passes over rocks etc, eg water flowing a brook over rocks (or a spring, or well. It causes a spiralling or vortex as it flows, shaping the water molecules. When we drink it our bodies can absorb it better. It hydrates our tissues better. I have a Flaska bottle that is designed to structure the water as it sits in the bottle. I fill it and agitate it a bit. Then wait a few minutes. I believe using scalar you could set an intention for the water and structure it. A good example of this was Masuro Emotos work The Messages in Water.
