All products are shipped directly from China where our official store is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your purchase is shipped.

Note: You may have to pay customs duties or VAT for products you purchased at Spooky2Scalar.com.

On 1 July 2021, the import VAT exemption for consignments with a value of €22 (or less) will be removed in the EU. All the EU orders will have to pay for the VAT during customs clearance. The same applies to orders in the UK as well. For customers in other countries, whether you have to pay for the VAT and the amount being charged will depend on your local customs policies.

What to do if your order doesn’t arrive at the expected time.

If your package is shipped by UPS/FedEx/TNT/DHL/ and the delivery time exceeds 30 business days (except customs clearance time), please contacts us for help:  [email protected].


1. If used according to the instructions but found to be defective, Spooky2 Scalar devices and accessories can be replaced or repaired for free within one year.

2. Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.

2. From 2019 to 2020, if you have paid any repair costs of mentioned products that incurred due to the expiration of old warranty terms, you can contact our customer service staff, and get a coupon as our compensation.

The warranty will cover the shipping within the first year of purchase when you need to send your main unit back to Spooky2 for maintenance. The shipping after the first year of purchase will not be covered by Spooky2.

What is not covered by this warranty?

  • Routine cleaning or normal surface and mechanical wear.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage from use beyond the usage of product or storage parameters.
  • Damage from modification or incorporation into other products.
  • Damage from repair or replacement of parts by a Spooky2 unauthorized service provider.
