There shouldn’t be any concern about over-doing the imprinting since JW has said that with scalar fields, your body and the water/substance will take what it needs and discard any excess. So the only real concern should be if the imprinting is long enough or too short. It only takes a few minutes to imprint information into a small container. A glass of water could take 10 minutes for more. A larger container would take even longer.
