When I do the reverse lookup and I receive a lot of findings for each frequency, which one of the findings is the one showing the current problem?

This is unknowable. It may be one of the multitudes of results, and perhaps it is not any of them.

Q: Why when I set a tolerance of 0.25, do I receive matches that are totally different from the frequency that I search for?

A: 0.25 is too high and returns way too many results. To reduce the number of results, and providing perhaps a more likely match, use either 0.025 (this is the default in the Scan Results window), or better yet, 0.0025.
