You can write on paper tape with an ink pen and place the tape on the top of the vials or write with ink directly on the glass bottles. But writing directly on the bottles is best. If you use paper tape, place on the top of the vials, so it is further from the coil.
Please can you supply a link to use the Scalar and GeneratorX so I can apply frequencies to Scalar. As I understand the scalar digitizer is removed to apply Generator X frequencies.
