One specification of Spooky2 Scalar is Scalar flow: 30mA. Is that current proportional to the strength of the Scalar Wave output? What is the voltage?

The current is proportional to the scalar field strength. It is AC. Current is through a wire. V = I * R. R = negligible. So volts = 0.
