You want the signal if the biofeedback to be as clear as possible. Remember that the hunt and kill only analyzes and re-analyzes the fluid in the digitizer, which might not contain other things you need to address. So running it continuously will only give you that treatment. So use your judgment what’s most important at the time. Generally speaking, it is just a highly customized list if frequencies that your body needs at the time. So there is no reason not to use it a lot.
