Scalar passes right through metal, and metal objects that become resonant with the field will become another node (transmitter/receiver) in the field.
While we call one box the transmitter and the other a receiver, they are in fact both. Unlike radio towers and car radios which is a one-way transmission, scalar is a two-way transmission.
I have my entire house under the field for over 2 years now and have never once observed an issue.
