Can Spooky2 Scalar work for rheumatoid arthritis?

My buddy has severe gout attacks and running the remote makes a major difference so I would assume spooky scalar will help. There’s an association of nanobacteria and arthritis too so may want to run those frequencies in addition to arthritis sets.
