1. It is ok, I also cover it with a small plastic. We will change the design of the generator to go off after several mins in the future.
2. I cover it with a wad of cotton. It’d be nice if there was an on/off switch for it. The steel of the house frame should not have any effect on the scalar field unlike an electromagnetic field.
