They are similar in that they use a tesla coil circuit, though the MWO is high power, the scalar is low power. The scalar creates a scalar field, while the MWO works via creating multiple random oscillations, the frequencies coming from a spark gap and multiple resonating antenna. It energizes the cell by causing them to vibrate. I also feel there is an energy flow between the antenna, that seems to me like a flow of subtle energy. The scalar device is completely silent and can be used while you sleep. The MWO is quite noisy, creates ozone, and causes my computer to freeze.
